Workforce Development & Second-Chance Employment
Securing meaningful employment is one of the most critical factors in successful re-entry. We walk alongside individuals to overcome employment barriers through direct job placement, resume building, and interview coaching. Our workforce readiness training also incorporates practical financial literacy, ensuring participants understand personal budgeting, banking, and strategies for long-term economic independence.
Family Reunification & Caregiver Support
Incarceration deeply impacts the entire household, especially children. We provide specialized, family-centered care designed to heal and strengthen the bonds between parents and their children. Our support includes parent-child communication coaching, family stability navigation, and seasonal assistance to ensure children have school supplies, care packages, and daily essentials.
Youth Resilience & Prevention Initiatives
To break generational cycles and equip young people for success, we provide specialized youth development cohorts for the children and teens of justice-impacted parents. Our adolescent curriculum focuses on decision-making, setting healthy interpersonal boundaries, emotional self-regulation, and personal goal setting. We empower young people through academic mentorship and relationship literacy to build confident, self-directed futures.
Emergency Outreach & Resource Navigation
Meeting immediate physical needs creates the stability required for long-term growth. We connect recently released citizens and vulnerable families with emergency food distribution, essential hygiene care kits, and transportation assistance for job interviews and essential appointments. Our care coordinators serve as a bridge, providing direct referrals for healthcare access, mental health support, and housing stability networks.
